Expectations and Policies

For Spa services, you will be provided with an appropriate garment to ensure your comfort at all times. Bathing attire must be brought and worn if the Whirlpool is to be used during your visit.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled
appointment to ensure full treatment time.

• Cancellations must be received at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
• A credit card is required to book multiple services and services over $50.00.
• A fee of 50% of the cost of your scheduled appointment will be charged to your credit card if you miss your appointment or fail to cancel within our cancellation policy.
• Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash. Menu prices are subject to change without notice.
